Free UK Mainland Delivery

At JCDC Home Supplies, we offer free standard delivery on all orders to UK mainland addresses. There are no minimum order values — free shipping applies to every order.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or the Isle of Wight.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Shifnal, Shropshire. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days of payment being confirmed. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are typically 3–5 working days, though larger items such as furniture and steel cabinets may take slightly longer due to their size and weight.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@jcdchomesupplies.co.uk with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
