Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from JCDC Home Supplies. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Your Right to Return

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item in its original, unused condition and packaging. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to Return an Item

Email us at sales@jcdchomesupplies.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
We will respond within 1–2 working days with return instructions
Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible
Send the item back using a tracked service — we recommend keeping proof of postage

Return Costs

Change of mind returns: the cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items: we will arrange collection at no cost to you and send a replacement or issue a full refund

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free collection and send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
